I started working out in 2019. Last year around December, after nearly three years of consistent fitness regimen, I felt I needed to take things to the next level. At 35 I wasn’t sure if next level was even possible.

I discovered EFC on Instagram. EFC has a pretty compressive onboarding process and Soumojit was patient enough to answer all my questions and doubts before we started.

After more than a year I can say that choosing EFC was my best possible decision. Let me tell you why –
1. I was circumspect about online coaching but Soumojit’s methods have convinced me this can work and work well. After he assigned a routine to me, he would ask me to record my workouts. He would then correct my form based on these video recordings. His explanation is easy to understand and it definitely helped.

2. Soumojit does weekly check ins to track progress but he also is there on a daily basis to promptly respond to my umpteen questions. What surprised me most is that he almost always knew what my questions would be and he always had an answer/explanation ready.

3. Soumojit has a deep understanding of food and what is right to eat at different stages of the fitness journey

4. Soumojit doesn’t just guide at a physical level but he has helped me build a deep connect between emotion and body and in doing so helped me love my fitness journey

5. Soumojit is not hands-off and is deeply involved in my fitness journey and he makes it his mission to push me to succeed
I am thankful in deepest way for everything that EFC has done to help my fitness. Fitness is a never ending journey and I look forward to it with EFC.

You’re my first trainer I ever worked with and I absolutely have zero regrets about my decision. I’ve learnt alot of things from you be it training, be it about nutrition and many more. And also I’ve unlearnt alot of things which I believe equally important in this process.

I really wish all the people I’m around with can also experience what I’m having while working with you.

You know I’m in India right now every friend, every relative I met said one thing in common is I look like I’ve aged backwards in the last year. I just smiled and said everyone the same answer.

Love it. Took a while to start enjoying the process but now working out is that one thing i look forward to everyday. This helped me become a more rounded individual. The photoshoot was great and looking forward to compete in the next year naturally!

Before starting your training program, I was overweight, lacked energy and didn’t have any discipline to be able to achieve my fitness goals. Training under you has not only helped me to get back into good shape but I have also seen an significant improvement in overall strength and mental health. At times the diets and workouts were challenging but the results always made them worth it. Best coach on this planet, Like its been 9 months that I have started my journey with you soumjit sir and From that day i have only made progress in the gym outside the gym… To be honest when I decided to join online coaching i was not sure at all because I initially tried to take coaching from a very famous influencer who has done many transformation but here i dont want to blame that particular coach it was just that either he didn’t understand me or I didn’t. I would just say you know what is best for your client and how to keep them motivated. You know how the answer the queries, and ask the question related to fitness we have. You get happy when we do progress and that is very important, this make us more motivated.

I went on a weight loss program by myself which was a terrible mistake i did. Glad that i came across you and got to know the reason behind each and everything that was done. Lets continue this journey until goals are reached ❤️. Nutrition was on point, there was not a single day where I dint feel energetic. Exercise was wayyyyy too powerful, and I can literally feel all my muscles now which dint happen in last 2 years lol.

Everything is going good till now. I have learned so much. The knowledge shared by EFC is gold and cannot be found anywhere I am sure. He did not just coached me but also provided explanations, study mateirlas to become self sufficient as well. Today I have completed my certification and I am taking up clients for their transformation apartf rom my full time job.
